Senior Manager

Job Requirements:

• To plan, manage and supervise the overall administrative operation, construction and decoration works, programmes and activities of exhibitions 
• To prepare proposals and reports for exhibitions and projects
• To work closely with government departments, venue providers, vendors and internal teams to optimise the operation of exhibitions and projects
• To handle feedback, enquires and complaints from exhibitors, visitors and participants
• To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:  

• Degree holder or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word 
• Processing
• With 7 -8 years working experience in exhibition or event management
• Mature, detail-minded, well-organised, analytical and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good problem-solving, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to travel and work in the Mainland, Macau and overseas
