Job Description
- To prepare proposals, general corresponding letters and reports
- Handling project documents and maintaining effective filing / database management systems
- Providing general clerical and administrative support, such as typing, formatting, filing etc
- Support Manager for the general and office administrative affairs, covering cleanliness, hygiene, orderliness, security, office equipment, stationery, printed matters, schedule of overseas business trip for staff;
- Coordinate with different departments on daily operations and administrative support.
- Participating in organizing and coordinating Company events and activities
- To Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in administrative
- Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
- Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadline and work in fast-paced environment
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software tools
- Experience of tender document preparation in construction/ building industry is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, cross team collaboration and team spirit
- Immediate available is preferred
