Senior Overseas Network Planning Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning, construction, architecture design and operation of global CDN, security acceleration and edge computing network infrastructure
2. Responsible for providing high-quality network bearer solutions for the implementation of CDN, security acceleration, edge computing and other products in overseas networks
3. Responsible for the configuration standardization of overseas edge networks, BGP, Anycast routing monitoring and optimization, and network coverage performance tuning, etc.
4. Responsible for the construction project management of edge network and node resources. As PMO, coordinate and promote the implementation of resource construction, delivery efficiency improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer and network related professional background, English as a working language is preferred
2. More than 5 years of experience in large-scale network infrastructure planning and construction, resource operation, and architecture design
3. Familiar with the global, especially overseas operators' IP backbone network and IDC network architecture, resource layout and workflow, able to propose effective resource network planning solutions, and promote the implementation of the solution project management
4. Proficient in routing switching, TCP/IP protocol, network SRE related capabilities, familiar with SQL, Shell, Python, Go, Java and other language experience is preferred
5. Large-scale CDN, security acceleration, edge computing resource network planning, operation and construction project management experience is preferred
6. Have good cross-departmental communication and collaboration, project management, analysis and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and owner awareness, good at active thinking and self-driving, and strong pressure resistance.
