Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of B2C communication products for international live broadcasting business, including but not limited to communication tools, user reach strategy platform, anchor recruitment and operation efficiency tools, anchor services and BOT, new community instant messaging and related gameplay capabilities 2. In-depth research on overseas competing products, deduce functions and strategies based on user scenarios, tap into customer feedback and pain points, and continuously optimize and iterate products 3. From the perspective of the platform, take the lead in the product planning and roadmap of the module, drive the achievement of business goals, and make high-quality product judgments and decisions based on the business development stage 4. Collaborate with R&D, algorithm, operation, design and other teams to carry out cross-departmental communication and collaborative promotion to ensure high-quality implementation of the project and achievement of business growth goals 5. Formulate reasonable data measurement indicators, continue to pay attention to and explore the efficiency and logical optimization of each functional module, continuously carry out product model innovation and business iteration, efficiently and quickly collaborate with the project team to promote the achievement of functional goals, reduce operational decision-making costs, and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more product experience, those with community/IM product experience are preferred 2. Have outstanding logical thinking ability, keen insight into needs and abstract ability, able to discover the essence of problems from complex business logic and find the best solution 3. Have good data analysis ability and data analysis habits, good at using business data to find problems and opportunities, make reasonable judgments, and improve product strategies 4. Have good team communication and collaboration skills, can ensure the smooth progress of multi-business and multi-role projects, and be result-oriented 5. Have good user perception, and have experience in user product functions and interactive design 6. Good English communication and reading and writing skills, those with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
