Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

Allow people who understand the business to quickly build applications that meet business needs without development, helping business personnel maximize their self-value liberate R&D personnel from inefficient and repetitive work, change inefficient R&D models connect enterprise data, reduce data silos, and let enterprises take the initiative in rapid innovation. 1. Responsible for the planning and design of security products for Feishu Application Engine customers, including data protection, behavioral security, access control, terminal security, development security, data compliance, log auditing and other directions 2. Deeply understand and abstract customer security and compliance needs, and transform them into high-quality, general information protection product solutions that customers can trust, and promote continuous product innovation and optimization 3. Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, promoting the efficient operation of the entire process of product projects, and ensuring the high-quality implementation of product functions and experience 4. Evaluate the effect of demand realization from multiple dimensions, ensure the competitiveness of products and services, and serve the commercialization of Feishu Application Engine.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above product work experience, 3 years or above product experience in security-related fields, with security technology background preferred 2. Clear logic, like to analyze the essence of things, and have experience in B-side security product construction from 0 to 1 preferred 3. Have the ability to analyze data and data-driven decision-making, track and analyze key indicators such as user behavior, performance, and satisfaction of the product to guide product optimization 4. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, with a sense of ownership, and experience in complex projects is preferred 5. Experience in aPaaS products is preferred 6. Experience in successful commercial products is preferred.
