Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

1. Provide data monitoring and analysis capabilities based on the business needs of international e-commerce merchants, creators and partners, and quickly build data products that meet market demand to help them grow 2. Rationally disassemble and formulate business data indicators, use data analysis models and scientific conclusions, plan and implement data product functions, and conduct in-depth analysis and guidance for all parties and internal teams in the business domain through data products 3. In-depth exploration of international e-commerce business, discover business line analysis and decision-making needs, and provide data support for internal operation teams 4. Based on business goals, work with relevant teams to design and build a dynamic monitoring mechanism, visually track platform indicators, conduct in-depth research on industry products, and improve e-commerce operational efficiency and user experience 5. Participate in the construction of e-commerce operation functions, continuously optimize operation and promotion content based on user feedback and data analysis, and coordinate marketing and other release plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mathematics, statistics, etc. is preferred, with three years or more of data product planning experience, merchant data product design experience and other data product design experience is preferred 2. Passionate about e-commerce and big data industry, with data analysis and mining skills, and keen data insight 3. Proficient in using design tools such as Axure and Xmind, good at drawing product flow charts, writing product requirement documents and technical function description documents 4. Proficient in SQL language, able to find and solve problems through the data platform 5. Have project management experience, strong execution, excellent teamwork ability and communication and coordination ability, and can effectively promote product improvement and project launch 6. English can be used as a working language. This position requires collaboration and communication with global internal partners and external merchants/creators to understand the needs of users with different language backgrounds. At the same time, in addition to Chinese and English skills, other language skills can be used as a bonus.
