Senior Project Coordinator

 Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager / Site Agent on documentation works;
• Prepare monthly / biweekly / daily reports and other relevant documents;
• Ensure all Site Instructions / Architect’s Instructions / Drawings received to be recorded and all verbal instructions to be recorded by confirmation letters;
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department, Subletting Department, Subcontractors and Suppliers to prepare documents, materials and drawings submissions in accordance with contract requirements for consultant’s comments and approvals;
• Perform other tasks as assigned

 Requirements

• Degree in Building Engineering and Management/ Construction Engineering and Management, Higher Diploma in Building Technology and Management/ Civil Engineering/ Building Studies, Associate Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building superstructure construction;
• Experience in handling submissions and coordination of consultants and subcontractors;
• Proficiency in computer software – MS Office, MS Project;
• Familiar in BIM Revit will be advantage;
• Willing to learn, hardworking and sense of responsibility.
