Job Description

1. Responsible for main contract cost monitoring, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.
2. Responsible for related material procurement, contract claims and subcontractor claims.
3. Negotiate with suppliers, contractors and other partners.

Job Requirements

1. Higher Diploma or above degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
3. At least 7 years' experience in main-contractor of Civil work.
4. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
