Senior R&D Engineer at Elasticsearch

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of the infrastructure Elasticsearch platform, and building a stable and efficient full-text retrieval storage and query system 2. Responsible for the R&D and architecture upgrade of the full-text retrieval engine, such as improving system performance and promoting storage and computing separation 3. Understand the background and needs of the business side, and promote the implementation of best engineering practices.

Qualifications

1. Have a solid computer foundation and excellent engineering coding skills 2. Have excellent learning ability, strong self-motivation and good teamwork spirit. Bonus points: 1. Familiar with ELK, Lucene, Solr, etc., with operation, maintenance, customization and tuning experience 2. Participated in the construction of the company's search engine system 3. Built and operated complex distributed systems 4. Familiar with the basic principles of distributed systems, and have experience in the development, application and optimization of large-scale distributed systems.
