Senior R&D Engineer/Architect, Platform Architecture

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design and development of the next-generation cloud platform of ByteDance's infrastructure, including but not limited to: core module systems such as gateway/authority, transaction payment, metering and billing, and budget quota 2. Responsible for the construction of the multi-cloud adaptation layer and multi-cloud scheduling layer between the infrastructure and Volcano Engine, and committed to allowing internal businesses to seamlessly use and migrate to Volcano standard products while maintaining the ByteDance technology ecosystem experience 3. Deeply master the Byte infrastructure technology system, combine business pain points and evolution direction, and empower the group's business service experience and architecture evolution from the perspective of architecture in terms of stability, cost, architecture decision-making and customized system.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred 2. Proficient in 1 to 2 languages such as Go/Python/Java/C/C++, with good programming habits and logical thinking 3. Have solid basic computer knowledge, including but not limited to computer networks, operating systems, design patterns, data structures and algorithms 4. Priority is given to those with experience in the development of cloud platform-related modules, including but not limited to gateways/authorizations, transaction payments, metering and billing, and budget quotas 5. Priority is given to those who are familiar with the principles and implementation of common distributed systems, including but not limited to scheduling systems, storage, caching, message queues, and big data 6. Have strong independent problem-finding and problem-solving capabilities, and have a high degree of technical enthusiasm and sense of responsibility 7. Have good communication, teamwork, promotion and implementation capabilities.
