Senior R&D Performance Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the capacity building of Douyin Live R&D process, optimize the experience and efficiency of the entire process from demand to development, testing, and release through technical means, and be responsible for the development and evolution of related performance tools and platform products 2. Responsible for the construction of Douyin Live business R&D framework, design a technical framework that meets business needs, overcome technical problems and solve business pain points 3. Responsible for the construction of the Douyin live broadcast public basic library, discover common business needs and support through technical means, pursue extreme code performance, and explore the implementation of advanced technology trends 4. Be able to deeply understand and understand business scenarios, participate in the research and formulation of R&D process standardization solutions and the implementation of change specifications 5. Pay attention to industry best practices, deeply understand and explore R&D efficiency improvement trends, pay attention to industry technology trends and implement them in live broadcasts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, back-end experience, good business communication and analysis, problem-solving and implementation capabilities, and interest in improving efficiency 2. Familiar with one or more programming languages such as Go/Java/python, with a solid foundation, good programming skills and code style, and passion for technology 3. Familiar with the principles and use of databases and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, MQ, etc. 4. Possess certain architectural design capabilities, be able to independently complete the design of complex systems and solve complex system problems 5.
