Senior / Regional Architectural & Visual Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead the creation of pop up design concept, seasonal window décor & instore animations, instore fixtures and special design projects in Asia Pacific Region. 
• To develop and produce the schematic visual design packages including design concept mood board, schematic sketches, 3D sketchup models, plans and renderings to support the execution of all design projects.
• To work closely with all market project managers to provide design support on all projects.
• Develops a sense of ownership of projects and passion for assignments.
• To provide support to Regional Architecture Director on all any ad hoc design projects and documentations

Job Requirements:

• University Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture and Interior Design
• 3-5 years or above working experiences in retail / fashion industry with inhouse/ design, production house or architectural firms 
• Strong sense of creativity and design presentation. Able to demonstrate an understanding of concept design, construction details and techniques
• Enjoys working in a creative & stimulating environment, eager to participate in the entire process from design to build
• Microsoft Officer, AUTOCAD, 3D sketchup and photoshop is a must. Other 3D rendering software is a plus
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication, coordination and presenting skills
• Good command of written and spoke English, Bilingual or Trilingual is a plus
