Senior Server Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality assurance of the core services of the Douyin platform business 2. Design and implement an end-to-end full-link stability assurance system for core functions 3. Responsible for sorting out the existing ByteDance internal server architecture and existing problems, and providing feasible solutions 4. Development and maintenance of server-related tools and platforms improve the efficiency, scalability and stability of existing tools or open source projects 5. Participate in product quality operation and management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication and other related majors 2. Have a solid computer foundation, familiar with at least one backend programming language, such as Python/Go/Java/PHP/C/C++ understand data structure, algorithm, operating system and network knowledge 3. More than 2 years of experience in server-side quality assurance, automation experience, and development of test tools and platforms 4. Understand the ability of precise testing, traffic recording and playback, and those with practical experience are preferred 5. Have quality operation experience, good at communication and collaboration, and have good promotion ability.
