Responsibilities
1. Insight into the business: As a training BP role, you will be able to proactively identify and diagnose business pain points, analyze and research needs, design adaptive training projects, improve the learning platform & content construction, continuously promote business training and complete the results acceptance 2. Build a system: Based on the company's strategic and business development, formulate targeted training plans for professional talents, and continuously innovate and improve the professional training system 3. Research and develop content: Have content development capabilities (professional/general courses training tools efficiency improvement tools, etc.) resource accumulation capabilities (course resources, lecturer resources, cross-team communication resources, etc.) 4. Promote projects: Be responsible for project construction and promotion, be able to effectively link upstream and downstream collaborators, introduce and explore more diverse learning methods, enhance better learning experience, and promote effective conversion.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of training experience, experience in operation team business/experience in operation team training is preferred 2. Rich experience in training project design and management, able to independently undertake demand diagnosis, program design, project operation and effect evaluation 3. Rich experience in course development and teaching, proficient in relevant learning techniques, with fast learning ability, good at integrating resources from all parties, able to quickly understand business needs and promote implementation 4. Result-oriented, with strong system thinking, logical analysis and communication and collaboration skills, good at integrating resources, analyzing data, and having a good sense of teamwork 5. Strong self-drive, willing to accept challenges and changes, entrepreneurial spirit, clear sense of purpose, strong execution, and result-oriented.
