Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the research and development of the CRM platform, complete pre-sales/in-sales/after-sales support for various customers, and enable and support customized solutions for various regions 2. Responsible for building a highly flexible and reusable platform, including flexible and customizable business engines and business management systems, expert systems, domain models, event engines, big data analysis and intelligent services, etc. 3. Responsible for high-quality solution design and code implementation, and undertake high-quality and difficult technical breakthroughs 4. Continuously improve and optimize the system architecture, continuously improve system stability and performance, promote the implementation of new technologies in the business, and support the rapid development of the business 5. Participate in industry research, technical planning, business breakthroughs and other work, lead the cross-domain team to complete demand delivery, and jointly achieve business goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer and software engineering, with solid basic knowledge 2. Have solid programming skills and be familiar with at least one back-end development language in Java/Golang/C++/Python 3. Have good system design capabilities, proficient in distributed system development skills, and have platform construction experience first 4. Have good communication and learning skills, teamwork skills, problem analysis and solving skills, sense of responsibility and sense of ownership 5. Those with experience in enterprise application development such as CRM/ERP/WMS/HCM are preferred 6. Familiar with rule engines, workflows, and low-code developers are preferred.
