Server-side R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

【Business Introduction】 The International Short Video Messaging Team is mainly responsible for the development of related functions such as in-site messaging and private messaging of the International Short Video APP, providing users with the ultimate sharing and private messaging communication experience, thereby enhancing the long-term attractiveness of the APP to users. 1. Responsible for the construction of Messaging platform capabilities, and participate in the design and implementation of Messaging's backend architecture 2. Optimize the integrated architecture and core links of Messaging IMCloud to improve system performance, availability and scalability 3. Collaborate with multiple business teams to promote the safe and efficient integration of Messaging capabilities in overseas business scenarios, and continuously optimize core technical issues.

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of backend development experience, familiar with common backend components and tools 2. Interested in complex technical issues, able to take charge of the subsystems you are responsible for, and promote problem discovery and resolution 3. Have good team communication and cross-team collaboration skills 4. Priority will be given to those with relevant construction experience in IM, middle office, etc.
