Responsibilities
The ByteDance performance system team creates excellent products, improves developer experience, and continuously improves the overall R&D efficiency and quality of the business by exploring better development concepts and development practices. The DevOps team focuses on building an industry-leading performance platform and promoting the implementation and implementation of DevOps integration in ByteDance. 1. Responsible for the cloud infrastructure construction of ByteDance's R&D process, including pipelines and build clusters, and provide efficient and stable cloud build services for ByteDance's products 2. Responsible for development work such as task scheduling and container orchestration 3. Responsible for system technical solution design, core code development and system performance tuning.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in one or more backend languages and frameworks such as Go, Java, and Python 2. Familiar with distributed system development, and master the use of common databases, message queues, caches and other components 3. Those who are familiar with compilation and build systems such as Bazel, Gradle and Xcode are preferred 4. Familiar with K8S and Docker, understand cloud-native related technologies, those with PaaS platform experience are preferred, and those with experience in large-scale container application maintenance are preferred 5. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, and good service awareness and communication and collaboration skills.
