Special Test Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of special quality assurance capabilities of ByteDance's artificial intelligence product line, including stability, compatibility, performance, multimedia, user experience, and quality standards deeply participate in the business and promote the continuous improvement of product quality, performance, and user experience of this product line 2. Responsible for the development of relevant tools and platforms to ensure the high-quality implementation of technical projects or solutions in the products of this business line 3. Go deep into the business and actively explore product quality, performance, and user experience issues, and collaborate with the business to build a complete prevention and control system.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, three years or more of front-end (mobile, desktop, Web, etc.) testing and development experience 2. Familiar with the characteristics of various platforms (iOS, PadOS, Android, Mac, Windows, etc.), with mobile platform development experience and capabilities 3. Familiar with at least one programming language, including but not limited to: Java, OC, C, C++, Python, Go, PHP 4. Understand the basic knowledge of quality assurance and have relevant experience, be sensitive to data, and have excellent data analysis and interpretation skills 5. Rich experience in mobile terminal special testing is preferred, and familiar with the following mobile terminal quality experience evaluation system and tools: stability, compatibility, latency, freeze/drawing, fluency, CPU, memory, network traffic, audio and video quality, etc. 6. Familiar with audio and video encoding and decoding and testing standards, and understanding the underlying principles of audio, video communication or voice recognition is preferred 7. Maintain a high degree of enthusiasm for the latest technical fields and directions in the industry, and deeply understand the positioning and value of DevOps and engineering efficiency in overall research and development.
