Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall management of various community positions of the IP series basketball mobile games, and undertake work functions such as community ecological operation and content construction
2. Responsible for the content distribution work combined with the version, connecting with the content production team (such as brand/channel/supplier, etc.), output strategy and subsequent execution
3. Support community user operation strategy and event organization, establish communication/interaction paths and mechanisms between officials and players, create a good community atmosphere, and work with the R&D team to complete product optimization
4. Support content volume work, follow up the production and implementation of game content, production management, pay attention to the delivery effect, collect and analyze relevant data and continuously optimize strategies.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in game content operation, and those with experience in game community operation, new media operation, etc. are preferred
2. Need to have strong content creativity and planning capabilities, user demand capture capabilities and hot spot insight capabilities
3. Good at cooperation and communication, have certain ability to connect with creator platform resources, maintain a good relationship with platform partners for a long time, and be responsible for operation data
4. Understand and love sports (basketball), and have experience in related game categories are preferred.
