Job Description - Team Leader - Key Account Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 2 Key Account Managers.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with current and assigned customers, employing effective program management techniques.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers, ensuring timely and professional communication at all times.
  • Develop customized strategies and policies to meet customer expectations, organizing regular meetings to understand their evolving needs and align them with our service strategies.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing necessary information, and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee key customers' activities, including lab testing, audit, inspection, and other value-added services, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and develop complete solutions for assigned clients, leading the implementation of new services or procedures.
  • Support the sales team in client conversion efforts and collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in claims and complaints investigation and resolution, preparing and reviewing related reports and corrective actions.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or customer technical services.
  • Experience in consumer testing laboratory preferred, with knowledge of construction materials products and regulations considered an advantage.
  • Self-starter with a positive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and strong social, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
