Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Tencent Maps The product experience design work of mobile App is based on user experience design to give the product an emotional touch continue to polish the product experience details to give users/customers an experience beyond expectations
2. Participate in the early analysis of the product and clarify Segment user behavior, propose design goals and user experience goals, provide excellent design solutions and promote implementation
3. Insight into the reasons behind each data, dig deep into user needs and accurately locate problems, and be able to respond quickly Provide design solutions, continue iterative optimization, and improve product data and reputation
4. Constantly think about the future development and design direction of the product, dare to innovate and make breakthroughs, and participate in the professional construction and knowledge dissemination of the design team.

Qualifications

1. More than five years of Internet design work experience, able to independently complete large-scale projects good at mobile experience design, with successful design cases. Applicants with relevant experience in map products will be given priority
2. Have rich professional knowledge and solid design skills, and be able to continue to pay attention to the latest development trends and technical applications of experience design
3. Clear logical thinking and good understanding of Able to have in-depth insights into and balance the needs of users and the business goals of products, and have good design value mining capabilities
4. Have a deep understanding of relevant theories and process methods of user experience design, and be able to skillfully use various types of Design tools clearly express design intentions and can produce high-quality interactive/visual prototypes
5. Be sensitive to industry trends such as travel and transportation, and can quickly learn the latest industry experience and apply it to product and experience design solutions < br/>6.
