Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

We are committed to building an intelligent and integrated financial middle platform based on big data, providing Internet ecological businesses with compliant, controllable, efficient, and insightful platform capabilities, allowing operators to see the current situation and foresee the future. Support financial and taxation in the form of a technical middle platform, and provide one-stop product capabilities, including accounts receivable and payable, invoices, tax calculation, payment, as well as the clearing, accounting, reporting, risk control, and analysis of massive data. Deeply participate in the quality assurance of financial projects, and collaborate with product, R&D, and user feedback teams to deliver high-quality products 2. Actively participate in the planning and construction of the quality system 3. Discover quality and efficiency issues in the R&D process, find clear business pain points/problems, form your own analysis and thinking, form or formulate feasible solutions/opinions, and promote improvements 4. Have structured thinking and certain problem-focusing and abstracting capabilities. Track, cluster, and deeply analyze defects online and offline, and be able to actively propose quality improvement plans and complete implementation to form a field quality system 5. Have a strong sense of test automation and tooling, and be able to find the most suitable technical solutions in combination with the business and implement them 6. Have certain technical capabilities, familiar technology stacks, good at using technical thinking to solve problems, have the ability to introduce supporting technologies/tools, and have technical vision and thinking.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, more than 5 years of testing/quality experience, those with experience in team management or large-scale horizontal collaborative projects are preferred 2. Good code foundation, at least proficient in Java/Go/Python 3. Strong learning ability, strong problem analysis and problem solving ability, strong logical thinking ability and expression ability 4. Active work, strong sense of responsibility and rigorous work style, good collaborative communication skills and teamwork spirit 5. Long-term thinking, long-term planning and patience, willing to devote themselves to B-side business 6. Familiar with financial business and data testing is preferred.
