Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Lead the quality system construction and quality improvement: including but not limited to the formulation of R&D process specifications, project quality assurance, unit testing/static code scanning/automation and other testing capabilities and matrix expansion, continuous integration construction, regression capability construction, monitoring and alarm capability construction, etc. 2. Lead the improvement of R&D efficiency: through the capacity building of test environment, test tools, test platform, automation framework and other methods, strengthen the R&D self-testing ability and the testing efficiency of the quality team, and realize the improvement of R&D efficiency 3. In-depth participation in product design and optimization: follow up the entire life cycle of the project from the stage of demand proposal, participate in demand review and technical review, have an in-depth understanding of product logic and technical architecture, and pay attention to product benefits and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 2 years of quality assurance work experience 2. Familiar with one or more languages in C++/Java/Golang/Python have a solid computer foundation, familiar with operating systems, computer networks and data structures, and understand common technologies such as Redis, MySQL, Kafka, etc. in the industry 3. Familiar with quality assurance methods in one or more directions, such as interface testing, performance testing, monitoring construction, terminal testing, etc. 4. Have the ability to define and solve complex problems, good communication and project management, and quality control capabilities 5. Those with relevant experience in advertising business testing and development are preferred.
