Responsible for Toutiao e-commerce user growth promotion, using core means such as advertising, integrating various channels inside and outside the Byte system, responsible for the number of purchasing users, number of new customers, ROI and other indicators, while optimizing the distribution effect of back-end advertising 2. Responsible for formulating investment budget and subsidy budget plans, monitoring budget progress consumption and rationality, integrating various channel resources, promotion methods, and middle-end capabilities to achieve growth goals 3. Guided by user scale growth goals, through data analysis and user Research to clarify the core directions and means of growth in each life cycle 4. Deeply understand the characteristics of e-commerce users and performance marketing advertising product characteristics, diagnose problems from the perspective of the entire user conversion link, and formulate optimization plans to achieve conversion rates in each link of user acquisition Improvement 5. Based on business growth demands, promote the construction of delivery capabilities necessary to improve effects and efficiency, including but not limited to data infrastructure, material libraries, batch delivery tools, algorithm models, etc., and continuously improve the efficiency of the team in the entire delivery chain and effect 6. Pay attention to the latest growth model of the industry, combine the characteristics of Toutiao e-commerce and Toutiao ecological business, and constantly introduce new products.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce user growth strategies is preferred 2. Strategy design and money efficiency for user growth business scenarios Priority will be given to improving successful experience 3. Strong data and business analysis capabilities, good at discovering problems through data analysis and formulating corresponding strategies 4. Goal-oriented, good communication and expression skills, able to communicate and handle problems across departments, and strong resistance to pressure 5. Experience in advertising strategy/distribution strategy/ROI optimization/delivery strategy is preferred.
