1. Responsible for the delivery quality of mobile Taobao-related businesses, formulating and executing short-term, medium- and long-term quality assurance and testing strategies. 2. Ability to predictably conduct risk assessments on the business in charge from multiple perspectives including structure, implementation, resources, collaboration, etc., and continuously optimize and prevent risks. 3. Participate in completing the performance optimization and stability guarantee work of the mobile Taobao client or server, and the performance construction of the client or server. ,1. Bachelor degree or above in computer related majors, with rich experience in large-scale software projects. 2. Have strong architectural design capabilities and rich practical experience in design patterns, testability design, error prevention and disaster recovery, capital loss prevention, etc. 3. Have solid basic computer knowledge and be proficient in the development of at least one mainstream programming language and one relational database. 4. Priority will be given to those with more experience in client performance optimization and stability improvement, including but not limited to UI, multi-threading, data storage, IO, network, memory, crash/ANR processing, secondary development of automated testing framework, etc. Priority will be given to those who have experience in server-side automated testing, performance optimization, distribution, stress testing, asset loss prevention and control, etc.
