銀行客戶服務主任 Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound customer calls from customers
• 接聽客戶來電
• Provide high quality follow-up service to our customers and help resolve their queries
• 提供優質服務和解答客戶查詢
• Listen to customers, understand their needs and offer relevant services and solutions
• 聆聽及瞭解客戶需求後提供適合的銀行服務

Requirements:

• Secondary graduate or above
• 中學畢業或以上學歷
• No banking experience is required
• 無需銀行經驗
• With working experience in customer service / live chat support service preferred
• 有客戶服務經驗優先
• Willing to shift (5 day working week)
• 能接受輪班工作 (5天工作制)
• Immediately Available Preferred
• 可即時上班者優先
