What you will be doing: 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts
  • Understand clients' business objectives and develop account strategies to meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal department, such as presales, product development, and service delivery team, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Who we are looking for: 

  • Higher diploma in any field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Telecom/ other IT Sales field. 
  • Experience in project, solution selling and tender management will be a plus.
  • Experience in sector of SME, FSI, Gov, Large Enterprise will be a plus.
  • Candidate with passionate and knowledge in FTNS solution.
