Accounts Clerk

Hong Kong Baiji Financial Advisory are very experienced in the insurance broker industry. We are servicing over 10,000 clients and business partners. We focus on financial planning services, family office planning and asset management. Despite the challenges of the epidemic situation in 2021, we have acheived new HK policy premium total in hundreds of millions HKD.

We are working with top tier private banking and retail banking to provide a wide range of premium financing and saving products to cater our customer needs. Our asset management team support us with EAM service.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general expenses and filing etc
• Perform data entries and prepare vouchers, statement, etc
• Perform sales and settlement reconciliation
• Assist in preparing month-end closing, reports and analysis
• To prepare reports for auditor and local regulatory filing
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or Business related disciplines. Degree holder is preferred
• At least 1-2 years' accounting experience and/ or audit experience.
• Knowledge in wealth management and insurance business are a plus
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
