Job responsibilities:

A reputable main contractor is recruiting for experienced BS Engineers to the team. Being one of the leading players in the construction sector, they strive to deliver high-quality projects pushing for the boundaries on both innovation and excellence fronts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, clients, architects and consultants on site E&M matters
• Assist in design works, project planning and operations of B.S systems
• Monitor the timeline & progress of projects, and budget related matters (e.g. project management fee, expenses)
• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site.
• Monitor / report site installation progress, materials delivery, quality & safety

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification (HKIE, CIBSE or BS related chartership) experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS / E&M projects. 
• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer
