Position : Assistant Customer Service Officer 
Location : Kwun Tong

Job Requirement : 

• High Diploma or above with at least 1 years office working experience
• Native in Cantonese , Good conversation spoken & written in English & Mandarin. 
• Good Concept in MS office & Typing skills 
• Outgoing , Energetic, positive attitude and learning mindset
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsible : 

• Answer Phone Calls & E-mail from local & oversea corporate customers 
• Follow up questions about the "HR System" functions , bill inquiries & provide system solutions ...etc.
• System pre-sales consultation, after-sales fault reporting
• Perform CS team monthly report & relevant documents
