The applicant must possess

1. a recognised diploma / associate degree, holding a bachelor degree will be an advantage
2. 1 - 3 years' post-qualification work experience fresh graduates are also welcome
3. proactive and customer-oriented
4. good sense of responsibility and be a pleasant team player
5. proficiency in Cangjie and / or Sucheng input method and
6. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include

1. to vet the registration scheme applications in accordance to the Policies and Procedures as well as service pledge
2. to provide registration services and application services to other CIC service offerings in CIC Service Centres located at Kowloon Bay and Nam Cheong or other CIC premises
3. to perform data entry and data analysis work
4. to handle enquiries according to service pledge
5. to update the scheme website and publicity materials
6. to support events and other administrative duties of the Registration Services and
7. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
