• Oversee the day-to-day operations activities, such as preparing infrastructure system plan, Operations SOP & response plan, facilities preventive maintenance plan etc;
• Provide subject matter expertise in the specification of business requirements and the scoping and design of Data Centre Operations solutions for change initiatives;
• Provides a quality assurance function for the Data Centre Operations solutions deployed;
• Lead operation team for the implementation of network infrastructures and customer projects; ensure all project milestones are successful completed by schedule;
• Conduct service review with outsources vendors/contractors and to review SLA figure committed;
• Act as a Level 3 resolver group SME for Data Centre Operations if needed

• Degree Holder in Telecommunications, Information Technology or other related disciplines;
• Holder of CCNA/JUNOS or above is highly preferable;
• At least 5 years hands-on Telecommunications or IT related experience;
• Familiar with transmission equipment, IP and routing, data communication equipment, network management system, LAN/WAN technologies;
• Familiar with ISO27001 standard;
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills;
• Good problem solving and problem analytic skills;
• Good command on both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Data Centre Operation Manager
• Various working locations: Shatin, Kwai Chung, Chai Wan, Wan Chai, Tseung Kwan O
