About us

To represent the interests of medical practitioners in Hong Kong, the Association nominates members to serve various medical and related statutory and non-statutory institutions including the Medical Council of Hong Kong, Optometrists Board, Pharmacy and Poisons Board, etc. In addition, the Hong Kong Medical Association and the Chinese Medical Association of Mainland China exchange visits to each other on a regular basis to promote a friendly relationship and understanding of medical development in the two places.

Qualifications & experience

• Tertiary Education or above
• 1-2 years of working experience in event management or membership services
• Good Chinese and English, verbal and written; and
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Executive Officer
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assists in organising members events and activities;
• Assists in all aspects of membership administration;
• Supports programmes relating to membership recruitment and retention;
• Supports meetings and prepares reports; and
• Other ad hoc jobs as assigned
