Assistant Manager - Client Services, Asset Management

The Job:

• Handle client onboarding in a professional manner to comply with relevant rules and regulations.
• Client AML risk review and on-going periodic review on existing clients.
• Handle various client checks including KYC, AML and World Check.
• FATCA and CRS-related CDD and reporting.
• Participate in projects for adjusting the KYC/CDD process/documentation on an on-going basis.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, AML policies and procedures when carrying out job duties as stipulated.
• Assist in new fund sales material, such as fund documents and fund fact sheets.
• Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in client services, preferably in Asset Management.
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and organization skill.
• Customer-focused, proactive, patient and responsible.
• Proficient in MS Office.
