Responsibilities:
- Responsible for professional technical training of service engineers
- Design training workshop according to the technical capability of service engineers, including hardware, software, and IT technical skill
- Diagnosis and escalate technical problems to Regional office
- Conduct regular meetings with Regional office regarding product quality issues
- Supervise and support field service engineers to fix the advanced hardware and software problems at customer premises
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines
- 5 years relevant working experience in field service support
- Sound knowledge of IT networking and software technical skills
- Knowledge of ink and toner production print machine is preferred
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Result-orientated, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off is required
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
