Assistant Manager - Training & Diagnosis

Canon, one of the world's leading manufacturers of copiers, fax, printers and cameras seeks to recruit resourceful, pro-active and mature individuals to support our rapid growth of business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for professional technical training of service engineers
• Design training workshop according to the technical capability of service engineers, including hardware, software, and IT technical skill
• Diagnosis and escalate technical problems to Regional office
• Conduct regular meetings with Regional office regarding product quality issues
• Supervise and support field service engineers to fix the advanced hardware and software problems at customer premises

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines
• 5 years relevant working experience in field service support
• Sound knowledge of IT networking and software technical skills
• Knowledge of ink and toner production print machine is preferred
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Result-orientated, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
