Job Description - Assistant Property Officer

(A MEMBER OF HENDERSON LAND GROUP)

HANG YICK PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT LTD. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henderson Land Group. It has been set up for 50 years since 1974, managing more than 130 developments with a total number of 42,000 units. Hang Yick provides comprehensive property services and stresses on staff training, financial control, maintenance, security and environmental protection. We actively participate in community functions and provide quality services to all of our customers. In order to cope with our rapid expansion, we invite applications for the following positions:-

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operation and management of properties 
  • Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Job Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management;
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation;
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;

 

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave / 14 weeks’ of maternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
