Job Description - Assistant Relationship Service Manager

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Relationship Service Manager . Principal responsibilities:
  • Compile periodic sales tracking reports, management information and business performance statistics for senior management oversight.
  • Support various transformation projects and streamlining initiatives for Relationship Management Department to create capacity for growth.
  • Represent Relationship Management Department to provide user requirements and consolidate user feedback to ensure smooth roll out of various platforms and systems.
  • Review end to end lending process to improve operation efficiency and better protect the Bank from potential credit and operation risk.
  • Conduct regular sample checking on credit approval for Relationship Management Department to ensure quality.
  • Organize briefings to Relationship Management Department to share new initiatives, workflow and findings.
  • Organize campaign and exchange meetings to promote conduct and cultural awareness among Relationship Management Department.
  • Undertake all required activities and projects as directed by line manager in support of the development of Corporate Banking.

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis. Minimum of 3 years' experience in relationship management support, credit service, preferably in banking or financial institutions. Able to work under pressure to catch tight timeline and adapt to changes in business preferred. Strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills. Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred. High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
