Assistant Security Manager

Established in 1981, Goodwell Property Management Limited is one of Hong Kong's leading property management companies, with extensive experience in the property and facilities management of luxurious residential development, industrial buildings, high-rise commercial buildings, shopping malls and carparks. Responsibility:

• Supervise and train up the security team to perform operation duties
• Manage a team of security officers to ensure proper execution of security mandates aiming at protecting assets and safety of people
• Manage and ensure smooth operations of security systems including fire alarms and emergency incidents handling
• Ensure compliance with all properties security / fire standards, policies & procedures, rules and regulations
• Identify and lead teams to investigate security issues such as crime prevention
• Manage security guards, investigation and patrol teams, such as schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder preferably in security management or related disciplines or extensive security experiences gained from sizeable security companies or disciplinary services
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication skills
• Good analytical skill with solid investigation experience
• High level of integrity and independence
