Responsible for managing the achievement of sales objectives of respective product by leading and motivating a team of sales force.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to promote and manage the sales achievement

· Work collaboratively with Immediate Supervisor to lead, coach and develop respective team members (and people leaders for Group CD Lead)

· Perform the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients.

· Works independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities. Manages and trains sales representatives.

· Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.

· Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecast

· Comply with Integrity and compliance standards

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Science background is preferred but not a must

· Minimum 1 year solid and reputable experience in leading a small team in the healthcare industry

· Demonstrate effective communication skills

· Knowledge in people management
