Responsibilities
1. Rule Operation: In-depth understanding of the policies and strategies of the life service platform, able to transform the business control direction into audit executable rules, ensure the quality and feasibility of the rules, and iterate and optimize the rules based on business needs 2. Quality Management: Continuously conduct attribution analysis on the audit quality and formulate improvement strategies, improve the audit quality through rule iteration, scale alignment, product function optimization and other means, reduce risk omissions and experience errors 3. Audit efficiency: Improve audit efficiency and reduce audit costs by optimizing audit modes, audit links, audit tools, etc. 4. Resource management: Responsible for audit queue management and audit manpower scheduling of content scenarios to ensure the rational use of human resources.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of audit strategy operation/rule operation/governance operation/delivery management experience, those with content/e-commerce/life service experience are preferred 2. Have strong logical ability and data insight, and be able to accurately locate system and mechanism problems through business data changes and promote solutions 3. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination, project management and promotion capabilities, can effectively promote problem solving and ensure goal achievement.
