Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation of the Dongchedi brand in the store business, including the implementation of specific scenarios in customer acquisition scenarios, user operations, service conversion, after-sales guarantee and other links responsible for brand exposure, user satisfaction and brand growth 2. Check the content and standardization of brand communication, and implement service SOPs, visual construction, videos, delivery materials and other materials in stages. Be able to independently complete the planning and implementation of online and offline brand activities, and be able to refine the core evaluation indicators of brand activities, summarize the methodology and reuse it in multiple stores and multiple scenarios 3. Independently design and promote the implementation of brand activities in stores across the country, such as opening activities, anniversary activities, etc., and enhance the exposure and growth of the Dochedi brand through these activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in brand acquisition, complete project experience in brand acquisition, mature business methodology and successful cases of replication practice, automotive industry brand experience is preferred 2. Experience in independently coordinating brand marketing projects, brand incremental acquisition projects or deeply participating in the planning and operation of brand activities, familiar with brand promotion operations, with excellent brand strategy capabilities and resource integration and communication skills 3. Good at insight into the advantages and disadvantages of market competitors, able to grasp breakthrough points, and continuously promote implementation 4. Quick thinking, creative, strong knowledge reserves and good writing skills, strong stress resistance and sense of responsibility, good at digging out user pain points, and good user perspective.
