Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services or related Engineering discipline.
• MHKIE (Building Services; Electrical or Mechanical discipline) is preferred.
• At least 4 yrs experience in supervising building services installation in new developments construction.
• Candidate with experiences in Public Housing construction project is preferred.
• Good computer knowledge and skill. (Microsoft Office / Project / Autocad/BIM)
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Cooperative and compromise team spirit to work with project team members.
• Fluent in speaking and written English & Chinese.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager / Building Services Manager on building services engineering quality control matters.
• Plan and monitor progress of building services engineering works for project.
• Co-ordination with various trades stakeholders in preparing the building services engineering submissions and documentations.
• Conduct inspection/checking/testing for building services engineering material and works compliance under quality control system.
• Other relevant duties as assigned for the project as a position of BSE.
