Business Analyst

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze product and service performance to identity customer needs, sales opportunities and product performance
• Provide business insight based on data and customer segmentation to provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and compile both regular and ad hoc reporting on product performance and customer behavior
• Develop and maintain dashboard using PowerBI or relevant tools
• Leverage analytics and data visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify any change in trending to alert relevant parties and take actions accordingly
• Collaborate with relevant departments such as IT, Marketing and Finance to build predictive and segmentation models

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, BIS/MIS, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally experience in product/campaign targeting or data mining on customer behavioral analysis
• Solid knowledge in using data analytic and PowerBI or equivalent tools
• Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Macro, and visualization tools
• Self-motivated team player with good analytical and conceptual thinking, result oriented and customer focus
• Detail-minded with strong commercial sense
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
