Business Analyst, Consumer Interactive

This position will responsible for supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects to achieve business' objectives primarily in Hong Kong.

TransUnion Consumer Interactive (TUCI) requires a Business Analyst in Project Management to support the Project Manager in delivering projects to achieve business’ objectives primarily in Hong Kong and can be extended to other markets in Asia-Pacific. The potential candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end business requirement gathering process, solution development and change management process.  The Business Analyst will need to demonstrate analytical and organizational skills, and work collaboratively in the Scrum Team (under Agile methodology) to delight customers with TUCI’s products and solutions.

 

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of working experience in Business Analysis, Product Management or Project Management; experience under Agile methodology in a software / IT environment will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Good business acumen with knowledge of digital platforms (Mobile app & Website)
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, positive and a good team player
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Experience on Google Analytics 4 and analytics tracking is a plus
• Knowledge in Agile ways of working and agile tooling such as Jira is preferred

Impact You'll Make:

• Works with product managers to prepare the business case of the project
• Gathers and analyzes requirements from various stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Services & Operations, external partners, service providers) and documents / updates in the form of user stories
• Facilitates backlog grooming and solution discussion with the Scrum Team, with a good understanding of business needs, operation workflows and system design
• Assists product managers to prepare UAT test plan and execute test cases to ensure the implemented product meets business requirements
• Supports change management by identifying the impact of changes to processes and systems, and preparing related documentations (e.g. product demo, user training materials, product manual, FAQ)
• Monitors the performance of implemented product, collects feedback and data, and provides suggestions for continuous improvement
• Conducts product research and data analysis to assist business in making informed decisions
