Responsibilities
1. Plan short- and long-term scale and revenue targets for the life services transaction industry complete market segmentation industry research, and identify opportunities for Douyin in the segmented industry based on industry development characteristics and competitive strategies 2. Focus on user scenarios and merchant operations, deeply cultivate the industry, understand the industry user portraits and merchant needs, support industry operations and industry products, output industry strategies and strategies, and assist in increasing business scale 3. Undertake special projects on industry business strategies such as merchant growth and merchant commodity supply, and output implementation strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of industry strategy research and business analysis experience 2. Familiar with the business logic and analysis framework of local life services, and familiarity with user behavior and merchant products in the life service segment industry is preferred 3. Clear logic, strong data analysis ability, proficient in various data processing and statistical tools strong ability to write reports and PPT 4. Strong curiosity, strong initiative, willingness to learn quickly, experience in cross-departmental communication, and able to think independently.
