Job Description - Business Development Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager

Global Event Management (HK) Ltd provides comprehensive, diversified and integrated security services. We have years of experienced management expertise and our company only employs fully trained, qualified and certified security professionals. Besides providing professional security services, we are guided by our service philosophy to continuously innovate and add value to our clients through tailor-made security programs in order to bring the clients’ businesses to the forefront of their industries. To support the business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join this challenging and rewarding industry:

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other means;
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients;
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure that the clients’ requirement is met;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in property management or customer service, experience gained in tendering process a definite advantage;
  • Profluent in both reading, written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST ) & Chinese Word processing;
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skill;
  • Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility, time management and detail oriented;
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently;
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred.
