Job Description - Claims Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Control claims operations to be carried out smoothly
• Answer enquiries from customer & insurers about claims and disputes.
• Handle claim cases and take follow up actions
• Prepare regular management reports on claims
• Review and revise internal claims manual, guidelines and practices
• Handle sales related tasks assigned by the company from time to time when required.

 

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma 
• Minimum 3 years of claims experience in general insurance in a bank, a broker company or an insurance company
• Pass of IIQE paper I & II 
• Sound product knowledge and customer service experience would be an asset
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and independent
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
