Job Description

• Monthly AR report and analysis: monitor due payment collecting and pre-warning overdue risk, credit limit management, overdue analysis. Cooperate with Sales and GS finial colleagues for report and push customer to pay.
• CF (rolling forecast) planning coordination with Sales for volume / price and special sales.
• Lead BBMSP planning, incl. communication with RO planning team and Sales check project details with sales team report summary and comments.
• Participate Monthly KPI report meeting and explain changes in each MBR
• Key data management (collect/update/Analysis), incl. Acquisition, Sales, special sales(OTP, OTT, Sample), PCR, GM1, RMI/ECI measures.
• Be a coordinator with other team if other cross department activity happen. SCP CTG GS BDO PRM Marketing etc.
• Support dept HOD special task for dept common topic

  • Quick learner, Open mind set and independent worker.
• Professional Competence:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or Sales related field.
  • Min. 5 years professional experience in Sales operation/ Business intelligence
  • Very good knowledge of MS tools, especially Excel
  • Salesforce system experience
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
