The position requires talent with strong analytical and technical skills to take a leadership role in guiding and coaching a team to accomplish assignments on time and deliver IT management services with high quality.

• Take lead to work with business users, IT vendors and contractors to provide requirement study, solution design, system design, coding, testing and implementation
• Work with IT vendors and contractors at different levels to prioritise tasks
• Assist Systems Manager to perform project planning and budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  
  • Experience and knowledge in managing the following activities / systems:
  • Document/knowledge management platform: SharePoint Online, Office365
  • Low Code Development platform e.g. Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI
  • Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database
  • Web and mobile applications
  • Software requirement management and vendor delivery management
  • Software development cycle
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Ability to communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Vendor management skills
