Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries from incoming call on various banking products
• Handle requests from customer on product enquiries/service
• Perform account maintenance
• Provide administrative support to the team as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 years of call centre / CS experience
• Good communication skill and telephone manner
• Detail-minded, Customer and service oriented
• Proficiency in spoken Putonghua, English and Chinese
• Fresh grad also welcome
• Immediate Available / Short Notice preferred
